What We Do
- We will inspect and evaluate your property.
- Maintenance / Repairs - Property related repairs come under our purview of services. We provide particulars to the owner about the repairs to be carried out with an estimate cost. We hire experienced personnel to carry out the job under our supervision. The charges can be paid directly to the vendor or the payment can be transferred to us and we pay on your behalf.
- We co-ordinate with prospective tenants and sub brokers to get you a good deal.
- Our legal team assists you in drawing up a favourable contract / agreement with your prospective tenant and provide you much relief from paperwork and co-ordination. We coordinate stamp papers and any registration required by you.
- Move-in and Move-out services Our team makes sure this is made hassle free. Our team ensures and co-ordinates your tenant’s move-in and provide you a check-list and photographs of your home pre-tenancy. At the time of your tenant moving out we take stock of your home, damages and provide you a detailed report.
- Property tax and monthly maintenance (incase of condominium living). We co-ordinate both on behalf of the owner. Our one time yearly management fees is 60% of the monthly rental valuation, for example if the rent is One Lakh a MONTH our fees would be Sixty Thousand for the YEAR. Our rates are competitive and at par in the industry.
