Pre-moving in stay - We assist you with hotel booking or temporary accommodation till your home search is complete.

Orientation - This is designed to give you a preview of your stay. We show you a few sample homes to give you a better overview. We shortlist areas for you and orient you with the neighbourhood and brief you on schools, clubs, markets, hospitals and entertainment areas.

Full Home search - Based on our exact understanding we provide you a complete listing of all that is available in your budget, as per your preference and requirement. We don’t just shortlist a few. We show for you ALL homes that fall into your budget and wish list. After you view all the options & you finalise your home, we NEGOTIATE on your behalf. We handhold you till you settle in. We co-ordinate any other services you require.

Assistance with the lease - We co-ordinate your lease agreement and liaise with the landlord and you till all formalities are completed.

Settling down - We are available for any assistance you require for your move and settling down.
